Shane’s commitment to excellence and ongoing professional development means he holds several certifications in the field of leadership. Shane is certified in the emotional intelligence assessments of EQ-i 2.0 & EQ 360. He is also a certified Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) trainer, a certified facilitator for Achieve Global, and a leader in training and development for organizations, teams, and leaders.
