Reza was a part of the team who developed and implemented team our team coaching approach for departments to identify thematic goals to support the organizational culture. Once the approach was developed, these are typically short engagements with intact teams, sometimes with a mid-year check-in. I consider Reza to be one of my key thinking partners in the organizational culture work I lead at the port. I particularly appreciate his demeanor which immediately puts clients at ease. Also his ability to draw on his extensive coaching experience within an organization and finally his ability to take people deeper in their reflection using a variety of approaches.
