The feedback is synthesized into a practical, anonymized leadership assessment report and reviewed in a confidential debrief with an experienced executive coach. 2. Psychometric 360 Assessment Tools
Ideal for: Leaders who want research-validated insights in a structured format.
We use world-class instruments to gather developmental feedback at scale. These tools offer statistically valid, norm-referenced data and are well suited for both individual development and organization-wide initiatives.
