Reza helped design and implement a rigorous leadership development program at AFCC. The program entailed assessing leaders via Leadership Circle Profile 360 assessment, identifying strengths and development opportunities, creating a detailed development plan, and providing ongoing coaching to help leaders successfully execute the plan.
