Reza really demonstrates the coaching and leadership strategies that he teaches and helps us practice within our 1:1. The Zoom format was excellent. These presentations do not need to occur face-to-face, so the use of cameras was just as good, if not better, as it included a more global audience that would not otherwise be possible (due to travel expense). Reza did a fantastic job of engaging us!

Reza was excellent. Impactful and creative exercises, mixing up the different ways of engaging us (e.g., holding up a sign, ringing a bell, etc.) and an enthusiastic and positive and engaging style. It’s pretty hard to focus on a two-hour Zoom training session, but Reza made it very engaging – congrats, guys, this was very impressive and a lot better than some of the in-person training sessions that I’ve done in London!
The concept and changing my focus to a more intentional approach to giving developmental feedback. It was useful to be able to stop and think about the way feedback has and should be given.
